Prefabricated steel buildings start with detailed planning and design. During this stage, project requirements are identified and building specifications established. Factors such as size, layout, and intended usage are considered to ensure the final design meets client needs. The planning phase includes obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
We have more than 20 experienced engineers for various building types. Before design, all client requirements are collected. Designs comply with requirements and pass calculation checks using architectural software (CAD, PKPM, 3D3S).
After transporting prefabricated components to the site, assembly begins. Pre-engineered parts fit together seamlessly, making installation faster than traditional methods. A skilled team assembles the steel frame, attaches wall panels, and installs the roofing system. Assembly time varies from days to weeks depending on building size and complexity.

All structure components, panels, bolts and accessories are well packed with standard package suitable for ocean transportation and loaded into 40' HQ containers. Products are loaded at our factory using crane and forklift by skilled workers to prevent damage.
